Default Highline Autos High Street Cars & Coffee August 2, 2025

I fully intended on driving the '66 over to High Street. Earlier in the week, the overnight low temps were forecasted in the low 80's. By the time the weekend arrived, lows were in the low 90's and we broke a record high on Saturday at 114*. The '66 has a good cooling system, and driving over would have been fine. But it was already in the 100's when I left at 10 AM. Didn't feel like taking a chance.

For as hot as it was, a bunch of cars still came out, along with a crowd of spectators. Barrett Jackson brought two consignments from the upcoming October auction. So let's get started.

Our friend Steve just completed a 2 year restoration on this '62. Never thought to ask him if it is an original 409 car.

Pretty amazing that many people show up in the heat! That Yugo looks to be in excellent condition.

Surprising to see so many Porsche cars "rubbing elbows with the common people"!

Great pics Rick
