Default Yanko Chevelle

What is known about the Lemans Blue Yanko Chevelle on Ebay ? Item # 556277070. If you search for Yenko you won't find it. You have to enter the correct "Yanko".

It would be funny if the stripes really did read Yanko. Like the spin-off Saiko watch vs the Seiko.

I never thought that I would have a good reason for sharing this on the "General Discussion Forum". I feel that it might bring a smile to some of your faces. There is a gentleman who races a Nova in one of the "trophy" classes at the track that I announce at. The car appears to be all original ("sunburned" top surfaces, rusty body panels etc.,etc.). For some reason (I was told that it might be because I am always talking about "Supercar" when I announce) he installed a pair of "Deuce" stripes on the side. Thinking that it might be a one in a million survivor, I grabbed for the binoculars and started to salivate (thinking that I might be able to buy it). Guess what? The decal read "Yank-me Deuce". Well he got what he wanted. Every time he races I talk about it. I thought that it was a good post for the topic. Thanks.

Andrew

Andrew, "Yank-me Deuce" Thats TOO funny. I wonder if Marlin would laugh or cry? There was a guy in town with a ratty Dodge Duster that had painted on the back "Dodge Dumpster"

I hope that he shows up this season. I will get a photo if he does.
