Paint Color Question?

I have a X-33,69 Z/28 that is coded 72-72, At this time it is Garnett Red with white stripes, I am planning to have it repainted the original Hugger Orange, there is no vinyl top and it has black interior. What color should the stripes be? Black or White? I dont think there was any standard practice but im not sure, anyone know?

There is no right or wrong. Everybody has their favorite. I like the look of white with factory wheels or chrome mags and black stripes with machined dish mags. Just a personal perference no matter which way you go. The only thing different is if you can find out that it had a certain color from a previous owner.

I would say white interior, white stripes, black interior black stripes. JMO sam

In this case, an orange car without a black vinyl, or convertible roof would have white stripes. Interior color never plays a part in stripe colors "from the factory"
