Default 1972 Duck Tail Spoiler

Is anyone reproducing the '72 Duck tail spoiler. Would dearly love to have one for our Lemans Sport.

Yes Keith,
Someone is reproducing it. In fact, I think some guy on eBay is stocking them.
I'll try to find out who exactly is making them though-- they'd probably be a bit less expensive from the source.

Yes, the Parts Place in Illinois has reproduced the duck tail spoiler, and I believe they're working on the convertible version now.

The Parts Place is reproducing them and from what I am told they are nice. Here's the link www.thepartsplaceinc.com

I have an original '72 brochure and it shows a red GTO with the ducktail. Best looking spoiler Pontiac ever made. Never thought of a '72 in Daytona Yellow but that one above looks great. Now, if I can just get our Lemans to sit that low.

Keith,
Actually, my GTO is blue ('69 Crystal turquoise) but I wanted a '72 GTO avatar so I used a drawing of the yellow goat drawn by an artist named Dave Jeffries. He has all 11 GTO years posted at ultimategto.com

Yeah, I'd like to get my GTO as low as the picture too! Mine's low, but could be lower.

I still think that ducktail is cheaper elsewhere. Maybe it was Year One?
I know it wasn't Ames Performance.

Thank the 1970 Firebird for that.
