Default Any thoughts on this?

Was intrigued with this car-
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEBWA%3AIT

Sold on 1/17/70 at Beher chev in Northridge Ca,Norwood car? The only thing I can come up with is it's a very late 69 perhaps VN had already ramped up for the 70.Guess It could have been a dealer trade, not likely a special order that late..sweet low mile ride with good docs.

Could it have been a customer order that was cancelled upon delivery? I could see it being a tough sell with that interior (but I like it!).

The 1969 Camaro was Carried over/Built longer then usual. The 1970 Camaro Debuted later on in February/March 1970,due to production problems.Sometimes called the 70&1/2 Camaro.

The LOS plant stopped 69 production May/June timeframe. For the rest of the 69 Camaro model year, Norwood supplied all of the US.

Car is nice, but was not an RS originally and didn't have the top on it.

Thanks for that info, sounds like you're familiar with the car. That's why I like this place, not only did I bump into a friend I hadn't seen since high school(27 years) There's very little that gets by the sharpies here-

Since no one else brought it up yet...what's up w/ the blackened out rear panel? I don't see any pics of a trim tag either but I haven't started scruitinizing the pics yet.
It's a nice looking car but I couldn't make out the text in the docs that were provided in the auction.
