Suggest you post this list as a WTB: (wanted to buy) in the swap meet section at www.nastyz28.com. Some of the items like the TCS wire clip and Embossed BowTie center caps are next to near impossible to find.........

Indy,

Looks like he is building a show car. That is indeed a tall order. It is right at the start of production, so it is early and many small engineering revisions on part numbers ocurred at that time. Wish him luck. The fastest and most cost effective way to find most of these parts may be to find a low mileage or original car with the right build date, buy the entire car it- strip the parts needed and then re sell the donor car.

LOL...some are near impossible and some are just impossible.

There is a guy on EBAY sometimes that restores the shift plates. If I were you I would go to every swap meet I could. Some of those parts are only going to be found in someones basement or junk yards that don't crush the cars.

I am sure you know this but, this kind of stuff goes fast at swap meets. At Super Chevy Bristol I saw the wheels with the caps for $250, a excellent console with deluxe plate $150 and a F60-15 Wide Oval $25. This was at 7:45 am. By 8:30 they were all gone.

I wish you good luck and I hope you find everything you need.
