Default Ebay 69Z Buy it Now - 24K

Can someone explain how this car is worth a buy it now price of 24$? How much more $ would it take to put this car on the street if someone had to pay to have the car completed?

Many people don't like to buy done cars. If you paid someone to do the resto it is almost always more than buying a done car. By buying a project you can be assured the car is put together to your standards. Not to mention this guy claims this is a #'s car. Not too many left of the 20 some odd thousand originall made.

I understand your reasons. Would $15K be out of line to finsih the resto?

Take a close look at that car. The trim tag has the wrong rivets so the tag was removed from the car at some point in time. Check the VIN and trim tag NOR # to make sure they correspond to the right time frame.

To finish the restoration to a quality standard you are probably looking at another $50,000. For a street car where the exact part numbers dont matter, maybe $25,000 more.

Jeff's right. Why is the trim tag pic the only one out of focus? Rivets should be hollow.
