Default MQ or MP?

Everyone,

Is a 1969 427/425 Chevelle w/T400 a MQ or MP code? I'm getting conflicting information.

Thanks!
Tony

Our 4 speed car is coded MQ. I just sent Rob some Tonawanda info which also confirms these codes.

Rob:
Back when I got the copy of that letter, even the NCOA didn't know about the COPO Chevelles. They did a writeup on the Hurst car around that time (probably 1988) if you can dig up any of the old issues of The Chevelle Report.
