Default Bastard "XT" wheel

I swear, I end up with more wacko Chevy wheels for a guy that only owns one Chevrolet, than anyone I know. They just make their way into my garage.

Check this out. The wheel is obviously stamped "YJ", which is a '69 Disc brake, 14x7, RALLYE wheel, not a steel wheel at all. Then there appears to be an "afterthought" stamp of "XT".

So it looks like it was an improperly stamped "YJ" rallye wheel, and THEN stamped "XT" for it's intended use of a 14x7 steel wheel. So what do I have ?? Looks like I've got an incorrect "YJ" rallye wheel, right along with an incorrect "XT" that was stamped after-the-fact. Yippee .........

I dunno, it's kinda cool in its own right. I need another XT to complete a set for my 69--I decided to let go of another that was too nice to put on my car--let me know if you want to get rid of it.

Now that I work for GM I can certainly understand how screwups happen....sometiimes it's hard to believe that we're in the business of building fully functional cars.
