How many 1969 chevelles with 396/375 motors came with aluminium heads? ...and would the heads be the "842" casting # ?

....The reason I am asking is because I just picked up
..a 4-bolt main block with this casting # 3935440
...and on the front pad is T0824KG
....I'm going to look for more numbers on it tomorrow

I would like to know what you find the casting date to be,down by the Freeze plug/starter motor.

..after further review of the block
...the casting date on the side of the block is
..... G11 8
....and there is a vin # on the side of the block that reads
........ 18BXXXXXX
...so I believe this to be from a 1968 two-door sedan chevelle ( baltimore built )...probably a 4-speed ( post ) car
.....the numbers on the front pad are definately
.... T0824KG
...YYYYEEEEHHHAAWWWWWW!!!!!

HOLY CRAP!...The hardest year.
Yes very limited production for 1968 Chevelles.You could probably count them on both hands..
NICE FIND.

Did they even MAKE 2 door post chevelles in 68?
