Couple questions......
* Did some 71 Z's have the short deck spoilers? If so, what determined whether short or the high more elongated one which ran into the rear quarters? * Would it be true to say that the 70 & 71 Z's did not have a seat belt light in the middle of the dash like the 72-74 models? Anyone have a picture of what these looked like and where they appear? * Would a "Chassis Data Sheet" show any info that would help document that a Camaro is truly a Z ? Thanks. |

The seat belt light would not be on a 71, my 72 also does not have it.

For 1971 the Z-28 got the short 1 pc rear spoiler standard.
By 72 RPO D-80 was again optional as in 71 (the bigger three piece unit) and was all you could get or you could order spoiler delete. Please post photos of your chassis data sheet. Phil ![]() |
