I think they got the SW model 970 green line?
Or maybe that was 69 only? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/STEWART-W...sspagenameZWDVW

Yes, the 68's got the SW tach's... the one pictured in the ebay auction is not correct for a Yenko application, as it is a 960 panel-mount, not the pedestal type. As in 69, I believe Yenko used at least 2 face styles, the standard black face and the custom face "greenline" versions. Here is an example of each for reference... As far as value, they float up and down dramatically in price, I've seen them sell as cheap as 150.00 and as much as 1200.00.

Thanks guys, i talked to the 2nd owner of my 68 copo (non converted to yenko) car (original owner passed away) but the two were very good friends. He indicated, when they picked up the copo car from the yenko dealer , the car had a SW tach installed (assuming ready for the conversion). He still has the original tach and will be willing to sell it to me...i wanted to do a little of checking around check on the correct type and style...before i send money...
![]() Thanks alot for the info.....
