That's for a 1970 full sized Chevrolet. Group 14.483 in the parts book. It may have other applications too, for 1970.

Part number 3973644 in group 14.483 is for a 1970-72 Chevelle with power top

3973644 in group 9.778 - 1971-75 Vega, Monza defogger switch assembly.

A 1970 Fullsize Chevrolet has part number 3959230 which was also used on 69 Fullsize, Camaro and Chevelle

My source is a GM Dealership Parts Book from Oct 1977

3959230 in my Sept 76 parts book is for a 69 full sized Chevrolet, but that supercedes the original number 3937658.
3973644 shows as a 70, and it was common for these to be used in other cars of the same year.

Howard that's a 1970-72 Chevelle convertible Power top switch, that was also used on the 1971-75 Vegas as a rear defogger switch too. They're identical and usually bring an average of $100.00 if NOS.

Thanks guys for the help!

What a life.....Sitting in front of the TV watching the games and pregame while surfing the web on your laptop while the wife prepares a fantastic meal and keeps me in cold beverages so I don't have to get up. Family and loved ones here too!

My favorite Holiday by far!

Happy Thanksgiving!
