Hey , i've looked all over the net and nada ....another guy was looking on some forum for the same . Manifold #'s are 3964243 dated K 17 9 . Thanks , Richard

Hi:
If left hand and four cast raised ribes on the inside it is 427 chev truck. Tall block.
