Anyone near Tres Pinos, California?

It's happening fast, but I have a friend here that 'may need' a loose hood picked up in Tres Pinos and held until he can arrange shipping or have it picked up..

He's a solid guy and will be more than happy to compensate a willing party..

Long story short, he dragged his deceased brother's musclecar out of the weeds and has spent three times the cost of a nice one restoring this one but has been short the hood...now one's popped up in Tres Pintos etc..

Also anyone who'd consider packaging the item for shipment to Canada and dropping it off at a shipping depot would be more than rewarded for their troubles...but if he makes the deal, even just picking up and securing the item for now would be appreciated ..

It's not a done deal yet hence the 'may need' part but I thought it best to get the feelers out and see if anyone's near there and willing?.

I'm about 40 minutes away. I live in Salinas and I could help picking it up and stashing it at my place. I cant do it til sat or Sunday. My buddy may even have an old hood ctn around his shop. let me know if I can help. Jeff
