Default Need help finding fathers Covette

I am visiting my famly in CA and have learned from my mother in law that dad's 1964 Corvette was stolen back in 1969 from the Lockhead parking lot in Sunnyvale, CA. My father in law passed away this last Friday and my mother in law went down to her bank deposit box and got the certificate of title. The VIN reads: 40867S118723
It also reads: Body Type Model: CNV867

I know that this is a long shot but perhaps that someone here can help us out.

You might want to post something on the NCRS site as well as some of the other large Corvette only sites.
Sorry to hear about your father-in-law; good luck with the search.

www.ncrs.org
www.Corvetteforum.com
www.digitalcorvettes.com
www.corvetteactioncenter.com

Those are the only ones that I know of.
