I found this car in the country of Jordan. The guy wants to sell it, don't know the price yet or the vin. Thses are the pics that I have so far. Owner said that it has the original motor, but does not know what size motor it has. more details to follow as I get them.
Can you tell what it "Should be" from the pictures?

Looks like a '66 Vette with a '67 Big block hood. Recent Illinois plates, and has all the earmarks (knock offs, stinger hood, red paint, sidepipes) of a fluffed up auction car from 10 years ago. Appears to be having as good a time in Jordan as that Midnight Express fellow had in Turkey.
I doubt there's anything there worth sending money to the Middle East in hopes of actually receiving a Corvette someday. On the plus side, its not in Libya..... |

Look at what the redline is on the tach, that will help determine the HP of the engine originally installed.
Doesn't look like a fuelie or big block from the pictures. |

Looks like it should clean up pretty good. The wiring hanging out from under the dash looks kinda scary though.... |

No new info yet. The guy has 4 cars that he is selling. Two 60s Mercedes and a 59 Checy Truck (6 cyl) and the Vette. The Vette is the only one worth shipping across the pond if I can get it for the right price.
