Vehicle safety partition for mid-size SUV?

The company I work for is looking to standardize their service vehicle fleet; instead of a broad range of vehicles, we want to narrow it down to a select few.
The problem I am running into is that we would like to offer the option of a mid-size SUV for areas of the country that see a fair amount of snow in the winter. We would still use these as service vehicles which means they'd have to carry some service parts. That's where I am running into a problem; it seems that no one makes a safety partition for an SUV. At least not one intended to protect one from this type of cargo.
Sure I can find the spring loaded things that fit behind the second row of seats and it intended to keep Fido in the cargo area but, nothing for what we'd be carrying.

We'd be looking for a partition that would mount directly behind the driver / passenger seat which would allow us to fold down the rear seats and utilize the entire cargo space.

Does anyone have any suggestions where I might find something like this or any other suggestions for a AWD / 4WD service vehicle (mid-size).
