Opinions on trim tag/ stamps

Hello this is a car that I am looking at. It has been in pieces and in a garage for 35 years So I am quite certain everything is assembly line but you never know. My concern is the engine assembly date is very close to the trim tag date and I know this is being discussed here in another forum. 03E trim tag with the engine assembly date VO327DZ. The other concern is that CRG puts this serial number into April but it is so close. Hopefully the pics are clear enough to come to a conclusion. The seller is 75 and has nothing to hide.
