Friends of mine looked at the car and passed on it two days ago. I am told:

Positives: Good Frame, good colors, build pedigree, MT. Original block is there.

Negatives: Not one accessory present for the engine compartment other than the block.
Not even the original heads were there, most everything that was included was functional but technically incorrect-one example being the wrong air cleaner lid.

I am told In summary it was a rotter, but you might not be too upside down for $10K providing you could do much of the restoration work yourself and access to a stash of parts.
