'64 #s 389/4-sp Grand Prix, Orig Paint, Black on Black, California Project
About as good as it gets for a '64 Grand Prix - 8 lugs, tach, 4-speed, colors...but the base engine. Seems pretty fairly priced at $8k, as the seller is claiming it will run with some work.
