Default Starting the New Year Right..

Used my Christmas present from Karen today....starting working out with a trainer She got me a series of personal training sessions with her trainer. I found out that adjusting valves, rotating tires and chassis detailing are not considered "working out". I used to go to a trainer for several years and then it slipped away from me..today was a real eye opener Hopefully this new regiment will help keep me young and healthy. This guy does a complete assessment of strength, flexibility and overall condition....if you have the chance to get it done at a local gym or club, it is well worth the effort.

Going out to the shop now to bench press some BB heads...

I had the same idea, picked up one of those "nodic-Flex" machines, real cool.
after disassembling at old location and trucking home and reassembly downstairs I had to rest.
Maybe I'll resort and stack my magazines.
