Default Possibly 1970 Baldwin motion Camaro

So I found a Camaro looked like it has phase iii stripping, I have a picture of the car the vin was hard to read since it was a little rusty, I do have a picture of cowl tag. The car is Cortez silver with blue interior. Has a black phase iii stripping.

Seems very unlikely since it was a Van Nuys built Camaro. If you get the NCRS shipping information on it, you can determine the dealership that it was shipped to originally from the factory. That would confirm or rule out Baldwin Chevrolet. Might be worth a few bucks to find out. (see the link at the top of this page.)

Alway's Possible it could have been a Conversion car.

There were supposed to be some small block Baldwin Motion Z28's built called Z-30's I believe.

There was a red car on ebay in 2009 that was supposed to be one, but the car has yet to resurface after that sale.

Every Motion car I have ever seen had a same color small pinstripe next to the Motion paint scheme just like on a 69 Z-28 or 70 Chevelle SS.

This car does not have the stripe..I'm thinking someones hackjob.

ive seen at least 50 cars in junk yards with those stripes..it was prob the most copied stripe ever in the 80s when people where re-discovering motion cars

I agree. There were few and far between on those who knew what the stripes were but there were more than a few that I recall as well.
