I saw this recently....by Berger....
with original screws... NOS Bidding is currently $400.....+ . Are most DEALER ISSUED emblems now over $100-$200 in value ? NICK CHEVROLET TARENTUM,PA. .... any interest ? CRIVELLI CHEVROLET McKees Rocks, Pa ..... any interest ? Both NOS , NICK is Metal .Chrome. Crivelli is old style double layer plastic. just curious... had these for decades

No most dealer emblems trade for under 20 bucks like the one you have there unless you have a guy who's sentimental about his car coming from the same dealer. That being said a emblem like the Berger one who's a high performance dealer will fetch crazy money. I have one from Knafel pontiac the I bet would do 500 bucks if I wanted to sell it because it's nos. I have ones from Reedman,Dale,Scuncio, and Tasca Ford.

I can see the Berger going for close to 4 figures. But how NOS is it ? .
new from the 60's , 70's , 80's or later ? Being in the busines for years at various Dealerships. Most kept there script and supplier for decades till Plastic decals & mylar took over in the 90's. .

His last one went for over $400. He lead people on to beleive it was the only one he had. How many does he really have? Looks like another buyer beware. I wonder what decade it really came from. It does not look like the one I have. Mine is not new it has some crazing in the chrome, but good enough at arms length. Sam has one on his car. Maybe he can help with the age of it.

The last ones on Ebay sold for $242 each back in August. That is a big jump in a couple months.

Correct me if I'm wrong. . I've seen Originals with sharper edges , the others look more rounded off.....
just as you see between NOS GM emblems vrs. Reproduction ones. 40 year old techniques / modern molds....Hmmmm. am I being skeptical or critical ? I've been around and old die cast emblems are quite 'crisp' & sharp around the edges......;-)
