Wow.... 7500 miles... i like !!
I had an original paint twin to this car except bench seat..( but mine looked like it had 175k miles) what's with the side molding? |

----Pretty Camaro but let me ask about both the spoilers and exhaust? Also seems to have been shopped at Mecum already. That's not a bad thing, but I'm surprised that we haven't talked about it here before......Bill S

Side moldings were a dealer installed thing. I worked at a dealership in the 70's, and they had a guy in the new car ready dept that would cut the aluminum molding to size, drill holes in the body(yeah, that seemed like a good idea!) and pop rivet them to the car. A rubber insert and ends were slid in. No 67 camaro came with a rear spoiler, so that was added somewhere along the way.

'67s did not have spoilers. Unfortunate that so many people restore '67s (or fluff an original) and bolt spoilers on them.
