Default Help ID this Power Steering Pump 69?

I believe this is a 69 pump, but not sure, any help is appreciated. I am going to sell it and I will move it over to the for sale section. What is the value in this condition, all the correct mounting hardware is there.

I believe that's a 70 Saginaw canister.
