Had one on the front of my truck untill it split in two.... thought it was aftermarket?? Still have another just in case...

Definitely aftermarket, nothing GM/Chevrolet ever produced or offered.

Have one similar but with Corvette on the bottom and crossed flags instead of bowties, same USA #1 at the top.

A novelty frame,made by a company not associated with Chevrolet,other then retaining the licensing.

Any frame produced under contract during 1967-1971 would have been branded with #1 Team logo.
