Default '68 Shelby carburetor

I have a friend who is going through a lot of parts that his dad amassed over his life, it's 95% Chevy stuff. But he came across a carburetor supposed to be from a '68 Shelby Mustang. I'll get him to take a pic of it, but I wondered if any of you guys would know where to post it for sale?

If it's a real 68 shelby carb with a good date they're worth anywhere from 1500 to 2500.00

Will share pics when I get them from my budd, he's thinning out a bunch of parts his dad had bought over the years.

If somebody has an original 1x4bbl sheetmetal base, I have an original early ‘68 3-hole cast aluminum Cobra air cleaner lid. We can make a matching set
