Default 67 Yenko Camaro question?

Did 67 Yenko camaros have factory tachs in them or were Sun or SW tachs mounted on the wheel? Also were the guage clusters factory(on the console) or aftermarket (below the dash). One more question reguarding emblems. Some cars I've seen have Yenko on the fender and on the rear body panel. I was told 67 is the only year Yenko did not put emblems on the cars. Thanks for your input!

Do you have a 67 Yenko Camaro? I have been researching the 67 Yenkos and have some info on them. We got lucky and found some original paperwork on some of the 67 Yenko's. Some were assembled by the Dick Harrell shop. I don't believe the Yenko emblem was used as it may have not come out until 1968. Many of the 67 Yenko Camaros came with SW tach and gauges, headers, scatter shield, traction bars, hoodpins, with other options available. The 67 Yenko Camaro was available with many modifications done by the Yenko crew who built Yenko Stingers or by the Dick Harrell shop who also ran the Yenko sponsored funny car.

JoeC,
There is documentation that Dick Harrell also built and prepped some Stingers for Don Yenko.

What year did Dick Harrell work on Stingers? Most Stingers were 1966 when DH was still with Nickey but some Stingers were built into 1969. Yenko was also off loading some work to a local PA garage.
