This is a direct copy of a post made by one of the guys on my local VW forum. We were talking about rare muscle cars and factory race cars...
"this guy out by me has a totalled yenko camaro body. sitting on cinderblocks, rusted out, looks like [censored]. some pro baseball player offered him 50k for it, but the dude wouldnt sell it, because it was his first car and it has too much personal value i guess. crazy if you ask me, that car will sit there till the day he dies. " What info does one need off this car to confirm it's a real yenko? is there a QUICK way to look? I can imagine this guy doesn't want people snooping around his old beater, but it's not like I'm gunna harm it, just wanna see if it's real...then if it is, maybe it will fill a gap in the "where the heck did this car go" file for someone... Prolly not worth much anyways if it's rusty and totalled. Where this car is is somewhere between dayton, and Cinncinnati Ohio. For all I know, the guy is FOS...like the 427 68 or 69 Biscane my dad and I have been searching for since about 99...lol So???? Thanks guys.
