Default tire code on build sheet

Under box# 106 on my build sheet it reads F70X14-B/2&2-BB--LTR, so what does this mean? Further down on my buildsheet it says PL4 F70X14 BW BLTD????

F70X14=tire size
B/2&2-BB=Bias Belted Ply.
LTR=stands for LETTER,as in Raised White Letter tire script
PL4=is the RPO #
BW=Bias Wall or Black wall?
BLTD=Belted tire
This tire was also possible in a White Stripe,as denoted by RPO-PY4 W/S on buildsheet.

No way to tell what Brand tire the car came with originally from your buildsheet.But in box #93,it states a Tread Stencil code.I have seen L8DS on Firestone & Goodyears.I'm sure other brands must have used this tread stencil,so I doubt that was exclusive to those two brands.
L8DM I've see used on Goodyears also.
General 700's are what I would REALLY like to see.One would need to find some NOS or an ORIGLS6....

Let's face it,Tires & Batteries were probably the first items replaced on a new car due to wear.
There's just not enough Survivor Cars or unused original Tires to refer to.

Rick, Do you mean from my particular build sheet or build sheets in general? Also, are you coming to Doc's town in May for the auction?

I'm talking about the 1970 Chevelles buildsheets as a whole.
I found it interesting noted on a 1969 Chevelle Framinghamn Plant buildsheet,in the center box #107 with the RPO's it states,"Firestone or GoodYear or Uniroyal tires".

Knoxville in May???
I am aiming for it.
I want to Buy that Protect-O-Plate Machine & sell it to Budnate.

Is 'Dr. Chevelle' the new owner of the LeMans blue 69 L78 Chevelle SS396 that used to belong to Mark Donnelly?
