Default Horn resto

When I bought the car, the whole engine compartment was painted black. Since then I have done as much detailing as my budget allows. How do I (if possible) restore the painted horns?

Rob,
I've had both Jerry MacNeish and The Horn Works do work for me. They both did an outstanding job! I think you'll be happy with either one of those guys. The Horn Works did the horn for my '74 Z and Jerry did the starter and alternator for my '66 Caprice.
