Default 69 L89 Cylinder Head Pics, Original

I have a set of original unblasted low mile L89 842 heads and I noticed that they have original Chevy Orange overspray near the bottom of the head. This is shown below:





I guess the assembly plant painted the engine with heads and exhaust manifolds in place. You can see the outline of the manifolds from the spray pattern. Very interesting.
