Dg427435,thanks for the tip on Drag News DVD.....and Sam, any Nat'l Dragsters would be appreciated. I'm particularly interested in any coverage of the Indy Nationals in 1962 and '63.
Thanks, Paul

A little background.....My '62 Super Duty Catalina was entered in the Indy Nationals in 1962 and '63 by Thomas "Ralph" Gott, the original owner. It was sponsored by Oaklanden Pontiac Sales (dealership in Indy)with the name painted in large letters on each quarter panel.
The car was disqualified from the '62 Nats for having rear tread 1/4" to wide! It was also compaigned extensively at Muncie as well as Indy strips. I'm looking for pictures of the car as raced. Mr. Gott told me he never lost unless he was disqualified or broke the T-10.
