Default 55 Chevy clutch pedal

I need the clutch pedal and all associated parts for a 55 Chev.Car was converted to auto and pedal was removed. I found reproduction parts, but I want original.

Is a 57 clutch pedal the same ? I have a 57 i'm thinkin about partin out that has pedals in it.

I think the 55-56-57 are the same,as are the shaft & pad too.

From what I have found in the Danchuck catalog and tri-five site, the 55-56 is not the same as the 57. The pictures show a different offset. Thanks.

We may have what you need out back, I know they have a few 55-56 chevy's back there. They have at least an acre of OLD Iron rotting away. I opened an old milk truck last week and it was full of header panels the body shop saved through the years and they all have the old T3 and Power Beam head lamps. I am going to ask if I can go through them all and test em to see what has survived mother time. I will let you know this week about the 55 stuff. This time of the year I am not fighting off Bees, Critters and Poison Ivy.

Just dont test them with a battery charger. Thats 18 volts and you'll toast em for sure.....

If you can take a look, see if there is a good pedal. The guy that I bought this one from has one hell of a different idea of what "nice condition" is than I do. Thanks.
