Default Possible COPO found in South Jersey.. late 1990's?

Back in the mid to late 1990's, I had bought my first 1969 Camaro before I knew anything about numbers etc. I ended up buying a parts car for it that was a "plain jane" 1969 but had 4 piston power disc brakes, 140 speedo and high redline factory tach. The car had a 10 bolt and 6 cylinder in it at the time. It did not have a cowl hood. I just wanted the discs off the car. I don't remember even looking at the cowl tag. It was grey in color and I ended up selling both cars as a pair. Just wondering if someone out there ended up with something out of South Jersey that matches the description and might have been a COPO, I would love to know.

4 piston front discs are 67-68. 69s had single-piston.

Any chance it was a LeMans Blue, 4 speed? Was there a title?
