Is this battery tray look correct

Very close: I got one of these from the Parts place then modified about three features to get it closer.
I refused to remove any of the rectangle metal nuts do to incorrect orientation as I thought that was a bit much. Disregard my incorrect Toothed washer bolt as that is an entire other problem to source I liked this version better than the lower quality and even NOS GM ones that have different features.
