Anyone near Abington, VA who could swing over and take a look first hand? If this is guy is on the level he shouldn't have a problem with it. Take a pocket full of money and a trailer too. Those prices are great. It really sucks being broke....

I have a friend who lives 10 minutes away, but if you read his terms and FAQ's he discourages pickups at his warehouse. I also received an email back, I will let you know as things move forward.

be very carefull on this one guys. i don't normally post here but i feel obligated to share some info. zip code in post on camaros.net is wrong for abington va, phone # is listed to a k mcdonald 169 main st abington not the same as post on camaros.net,no listing for frank cummings in abington va and heres the kicker. i emailed saying i wanted the crossram and rotors. he emails me back sending pictures of the nos two piece rotors. THE SAME EXACT PICTURES FROM ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO WHEN I SOLD THEM ON EBAY SHOWING BACK OF MY Z AND FRONT OF SNAP ON BOX IN MY GARAGE.BUYER BEWARE!

Ok, lets figure this out a little...There must be some of us better than myself who can research the listing here.
My take:
www.PARTZSURPLUS.COM
upon attempting to cantact this individual, you are re- directed to: www.STORESbySTATE.COM
www.STORESbySTATE.COM
appears to me to be a listing belonging to:
www.ABILITYONLINE.COM
www.ABILITYONLINE.COM
There to me seems to be no posting of this webhost's
physical address on that home page at all!
There is a 1-800-407-7770 contact number posted there!

I wonder if we all call to submit our concerns to this entity, www.ABILITYONLINE.COM about one of it's customers apparent business transactions?
Im even seeing his use of the Chevrolet "BOWTIE"; isn't that a copywrited logo?

This is just my current thoughts on this situation..
As well, wouldnt all of this attention here on this site and fellow car enthusiast's chatter here getting his attention?????

[ QUOTE ]
I forwarded funds via a well know carrier and the envelope was delivered on a front porch. However, the front porch address that it was delivered to in no way the address I sent it to. Iím investigating as to how the delivery driver knew to forward this envelope to a different address

[/ QUOTE ]

so he must have local help getting his mail, federal offense again????

It would seem easy to find the delivery person and turn them over to the law for some simple questions???
