Default '64 Fuel Injected Corvette - real block stamp?

Body fit looks pretty rough on this one, and it seems to have a number of issues...but I'm curious...does the block stamp look original to you guys? What would the value of a nicely restored '64 #s Fuelie convertible be?

i dont know about Vettes..but more than a few 64 GTOs, the tag just vibrates and falls off..its pretty documented
