Default 1985 K20 pick-up with 589 miles on BaT

Mr George Lyons is listing a time capsule Chevrolet K20 pick-up. It’s pretty cool but I’m still surprised by the strong bidding with a week still to go.

Looks like it was built in Oshawa:

"F" = model year 1985

"1"= assembly plant code Oshawa

109687 = sequential portion of VIN

I used to do the same thing this guy did. I would order the Scottsdale Trim so that I could get the vinyl flooring and manual windows and locks but then I would opt up to the Chrome Grill and chrome side trim to dress up the exterior a bit.

Comes with a PA Title, but has new, current CA plates on it?

"The truck is said to have remained in storage with the same family in Ohio for over 30 years before being transported to California by a descendant of the original owner in 2018."

You would assume it is original paint, it never says in the ad.

I know some guys really like the square body trucks. I have never been a fan. They just look so bloated compared to the beautiful trucks they replaced.
