Default 1st gen Camaro rear antenna cable

I have been looking at moving the antenna to the rear and only find front mount cables with extensions. Was the factory cable 2 piece also, or 1 piece ?
Thanks.

It's a 2 piece. I might have an original extension but I'll have to dig. Also antenna masts are the same front to rear assuming you are staying AM.

Off the top of your head, Joe, does any of the vendors sell the 1 piece cable ?
Going FM, so would like an extendable to collapse.
My hope is, someday, this car will be worthy of a good cover for storage and would have an antenna pocket built in.

FM radio antenna was always fender mounted on Camaro with a fixed length mast. Rear antenna option says except fm radio.....Joe

Not looking for originality here. There's very little left of the original car as it is.

Just desire a rear antenna and a 1 piece cable to eliminate a possible corrosion/weak signal connection.

I had the original cable out of my car, but I don't know if I still have it. It was one piece.
