Default New Shoes for the Long-Roof..

I need to replace the fifty five year old Remington XT-120 tires so I could drive this car more.

After stewing over bias vs radial I followed my gut. Mounted a set of F-70x14 Polyglas on the vintage Keystones. Ride and handling are good and it's the look I was after.

Second day upgrade.

I think that is a cool looking car! I remember the day I got a set of "Big Boss" white letter tires and a pair of Cherry Bomb mufflers on my first car.

Thanks guys for the kind words!!

My intent was to separate it from being a "kids to soccer practice" look, more for a towing the race car and chasing parts vibe.

If you missed it at MCACN 2022, here is the idea, with a tow bar hooked to Jeff Helms L88 drag car. We did this at the Northern Ohio Chevelle Show also.
