Default OEM Hurst shifter handles press in style

Anyone know what these OEM Hurst shifter handles are for? I think Olds and/or Buick. They have the press in design like GM factory used. thanks

The one on the right is the same shape and size as the Olds 442 shifters. But the Olds shifters had 4 4 2 pressed into them on the curving part where the one on the right says HURST as well as the H at the bottom. That could be from an F-85 or something or maybe over the counter? The one on the left, I don't know. Cool looking shifters. My favorite style.
