68 Vette Station Wagon
Something you don't see for sale everyday. I have heard that some Vettes back in the 70's were converted over to station wagons. Who did the conversions and has anybody here ever owned one?

Ecklers corvette out of Titusville Florida sold a kit to do this destruction. There were actually two of these in Erie, PA. One done by a shop here and one brought to town and wrecked by a Canadian hockey player, brought to my shop for an estimate and possible repair, never heard from owner again, parted out the car mid eighties and sold rear wagon clip which GOT PUT ON ANOTHER CAR. AAARRRGGGHHH !

A guy here in town had one...seems like it looked pretty much stock except for the wagon addition. I can tell ya this, they do NOT look a whole lot better in person...
