The Jan 1970 Service News states that some late 69 Chevelles received 402's with the 1970 engine coding (eg CJA).
Is it common to see these 69 402's? Any idea of what months of Chevelle production this affected? Generally, what 69 402 engine dates have been found? Are we talking mid-June engines, early-July, etc? Thanks!

So, it doesn't sound common.
Chuck, Is there a 69 VIN on that block (i.e. was it be for a 69 or 70 car)? Thanks!
