Does anyone have a pic of the reverse light harness entering the firewall vs the speedo cable. The assembly manuel shows
both on a ss however it is not clearly shown. The reverse harness is not shown cleary as to where it enters the firewall. There is an embossed hole just beside the fuse box on the left side. The dash wireing harness reverse wire harness looks like it belongs beside the fuse box??? Thanks PJ |

this picture is correct for a muncie, if you dont have the hole for the speedo like this pic, its down by the e brake cable and would be a saginaw/at when born.

Thanks for the pic. on my car a 68 Camaro muncie 4 speed ss
on the firewall I have a embossed hole right beside the fuse box on the left side of the fusebox. This hole is from the factory.the inside harness for the reverse lights rubber gromet fits perfectly in that hole. The harness from the reverse switch goes from the bell housing across to the fusebox area just fine. Is this the right location for the reverse light gromet. PJ |

The picture posted by jerry67 matches my 68 muncie 4 speed car. The car is pretty much unmolested so it should be correct.
