I understand what working out is . I played a little ball in my life and have some good size to my frame. I phrased my question incorrectly. You can test for steroids but then that test doesn't show growth hormone or other forms of performance enhancing drugs. The tests are specific. So I was curious what others thought . It seems as though you guys feel he just eats well and puts himself through a strict workout regime.. that's cool.

Brocks video reminded me of a machine at the training center I had to use that was basically a freezer that would freeze a block of ice solid and then they would cut out a hole in the center for whatever body part . I used it for my arm and my elbow and I can tell you it felt like ice sickles were running through your veins. It was intense. My least favorite part of the day.

Lesnar is an amazing wrestler. A crazy athlete. I think he will be a great fighter one day too but he is way to one dimensional for Couture. IMO they are both on HGH,as much as Randy projects the Capt America image you don't bang with guys half you're age at that level without it.

If you like the dog angle here are some stats that don't lie-
Randy Coutures Record as an underdog in the UFC:

UFC 15: Vitor Belfort (No odds available. Easily +400 if so.) WIN
UFC 43: Chuck Liddell +260-+300 WIN
UFC 44: Tito Ortiz +140 WIN
UFC 49: Vito Belfort +115 WIN
UFC 57: Chuck Liddell +180 LOSS
UFC 68: Tim Sylvia +260 WIN
UFC 74: Gabriel Gonzaga +115 WIN

That's a long stretch of kicking A,against a guy with Three MMA fights to his credit. WWA isn't MMA.

Should be quite interesting!

I'm not gonna go out on a limb and say neither is on HGH, clear, one of the 'bols, or whatever...because they certainly wouldn't be the first, nor the last...but, in perspective, we're talking about *elite* athletes here. I've seen what simple supplements have done to guys I work out with...heck, I'm a perfect example, as there's no possible way my scrawny frame could flat bench 350+ *without* simple supplements...but start with a guy with already excellent genetics, and then throw in a no budget diet/supplement package, and good things are gonna happen. If you've ever been around a college athletic department much, then you've seen 'kids' transform before your eyes...

Just curious; what do you consider "simple" supplements? Creatine, Protein?..............

Creatine is benign if you stack with common sense and stay super hydrated- results are clearly there they even give it to aids patients to replace mass. Your body produces it but with age it diminishes(hence supplementation). I'm talking growth,Dbol, winstral V and all the other renal system shut down cancer causing synthetics that make for 70hr seasons. Vitor Belfort was an incredible fighter, but juiced his way into losses. If you look at most of the brazilian fighters, they don't even touch DAIRY products because it robs oxygen. Randy is one of the most cereberal fighters in UFC history, and his cardio/diet program is better than 90% of the fighters. Of course he could get knocked out in the first round..look at Chuck and Jardine, but i don't see him getting hurt and the longer it goes it favors his game.

Look to see who gases first tonight and you'll know who's dippin into the cooking sherry more

Randy is a stud... Brock said it best " you got to have some big balls to take a year off and come back and fight a young buck like me " .... if Brock has any say in it he should chose his fights very wisely....

...And that's what happens when you try and jump *up* a class and fight a naturally bigger guy! I think Randy came in @ 220...thats giving up 45 pounds at the weigh in, but probably closer to 55 pounds fight day! Just too much mass to overcome when it's as athletic/mobile as Brock is...I think Brock was getting gassed towards the end, and his all around game still needs LOTS of work, but what a base to start to with...

So who will Brock get next?

I agree, he was gassed but that shot behind the ear saved the day for him, Randy will be back by what it sounds like, at 45 years old it's hard to call him a loser.

Randy was gassed at the end of the 1st round as well. go back and look at him sitting on the stool. He was sucking a ton of wind as well. Lesnar was winning the fight before the knockdown punch. The skys the limit for Brock. Would be nice to see a rematch with Mir.
