I bought 20 lug nuts from a national parts house you know (Year, Make and Model...Sir)......only 6 went on, the other 14 had to be re-tapped before they would fit.......

Luckily I had the forsight to save almost all the fasteners and clips when I parted out 69 Camaros in my youth. During my HO resto, It just a matter of digging through some boxes, looking at the AMK catalog and finding the correct ones. But if the repro bolt fits and does not show, I will use it to save as many of my originals for my SS
