![]() ![]() Here is the Almost completed SBC 350 Swap-I still need power steering brackets to hook up pump&lines-A different Shroud Or a Smaller Fan-Mount my Thrush Header Muffler's..Also Im trying to figure out where to "Mount" My OldScool MSD Box.The Motor started 1st Twist of the Key & it Sounded MEAN!! that fireball cam is Not Radical but its Noticeable-Especailly with OPEN Headers-I ran it for a little while & All the White Coating burned off the appliance headder's...

![]() ![]() I decided to go with a NOS pair of Oldschool "HUSHTHRUSH" Mufflers with Dumps so I go Open exhaust EASY- They are some VERY Throaty SOUNDING Mufflers!!!

![]() ![]() Thanks-for checking out my progress with the Firebird,This has Been a project that I have been Planning for a VERY Long time,I have used parts that I have had since I was a little kid And stuff I got on Ebay,The Sbc I have in there now is a Nice Torquey Set Up, With all the Correct speedparts that were Available in the '60's-'70's-it's made to look as if its a Early Corvete engine.. Here is a Nice close up pic of the car...

I don't have any personal experience with that intake, but I have to say that it doesn't appear nearly as exciting as with the dual-quad top.
I am biased, since I've been running an old cross-ram on my 65 for a long time. I'm pretty certain there are faster single four intakes out there today, but I am sure I've made more power with this, than over the stock intake. ![]() What kind of rear gear are you runnin? |
