Kenny don't you worry...after you get done with that car I'm sure the fender will be proud to be on that car!

Got the NOS Passenger side last week......Today I got my eBay Drivers side "used" fender.......Must have lived it's life out by Bruce and the "Painter Guy" as it has just some very light surface rust.....

Both fenders together......

Took some more pic's of my "Beautiful" original paint survivor car.......The color and orange peel hides the dents as even taking these closeups it's really hard to see the true flavor of whats there.......LOL.......But, as I said before......the guy's at Puleras (Body Shop) said it's not a big deal....and with getting the two new fenders it should make their job a lot easier......now they just have to deal with the doors and quarters.......here are a couple of pic's.....

The a/c syatem showed up today also.....a sure fit system for Classic Auto Air.....when I called the other day to order it....I asked if I could get a serpentine pulley on the compressor.....the sales guy why I wanted that type of pulley rather that the stock "V" belt....I explained that I was putting in a LS2 from a 06 GTO and I knew I was going to have to play with compressor positioning to make it fit as I knew there were clearance issues and in the end I would be using the serpentine belt....He then asked why I just didn't buy their kit to move the compressor up out of the way and it included brackets, Idler Pulley and a belt that was designed for the GTO set-up.....I said really.....so....I bought it all and my job is getting easier again as I won't have to re-invent the wheel again....So, now the compressor is driven off the main drive belt (stock, it had a seperate belt)
This Project is getting too easy.......Here are some pic's

I also started disassembly of the car....I started under the car getting the engine ready for removal.....only got in a hour or so before the heat and humidity got to me and had to go in and take a nap!!....(It's what old guys do).....While under the car I noticed why when I drove my "Perfect" Survivor car and turned the wheels slightly, I could feel something wasn't right with the steering......Look at the front tire.....LOL....(Previous owner......"This car is perfect mechanically and I would drive it to California".......LOL......My Bad)

That's cool! (forgive the pun!!)

Edit: Dang, you're too quick. I meant about the AC...the steering issues suck
